Watford went into their home game against Liverpool in 2015 with three wins on the spin. The away side, being managed by Jurgen Klopp, were in the hunt for Champions League qualification.

Two goals from Odion Ighalo and one from Nathan Ake gave Watford the win and the three points, pushing them up to seventh - only one point behind Tottenham, who occupied the final Champions League spot at the time.
