High street Gloucester's Roughest Neighborhood? Walking Vlog

Is this the Roughest part of gloucester? I walked down St James street from Barton street just to connect to High street. I made my way through high street from the start to the end of the street and back.
just before i got to high street the police had given a chase on a guy with a moped and he was arrested. Sit back relax and enjoy the view guys.
