Out of control rage results in out of control babies! In this horror movie recap we'll be working through some of the best scenes from the 1979 film The Brood. Dr. Hal Raglan is the creator of a psychiatric treatment called Psychoplasmics. It is a therapy designed to help the patient release their pain and emotional trauma through roleplaying and hypnosis. Unfortunately, it generates such a significant degree of mental stress that these stressors tend to manifest themselves in physical ways. As he seeks to legitimize his practice, he becomes obsessed with his most talented patient Nola, who is so in tune with with her emotions that the manifestations of her rage take the form of many small children who take vengeance for her frustrations on the outside world.
