Ranked fourth as the most populous nation globally, 196.7 million internet users, having five unicorns and one decacorn, Indonesia became one of the most influential digital movers in Southeast Asia.

To get to the point we are today, Indonesia has performed various strategies to pursue digital transformation. First thing first, the digital infrastructure. To serve equal internet access for the whole nation, Indonesia builds various digital infrastructures to deal with its geographic landscape.

Indonesia also has developed several programs for the government and society. In the government sector, Indonesia is now developing two national data centers to leverage the quality of the public services. To encourage digital transformation in society, Indonesia has the National Movement of Digital Literacy.
