Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Onion - finely chopped
Capsicum - finely chopped
Mustard Seeds
Hing
Turmeric
Curry Leaves
Chilli Powder
Coriander leaves
Cheese cubes (cut into very small pieces)

Method:

Add chopped onion and capsicum to the dosa batter. temper the batter with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, turmeric.
Add chilli powder, coriander leaves and some salt. add some water to make a medium consistency batter.
Grease appears pan and add half the batter required in the appe cups. then place a small cheese piece and cover with the batter again.
turn over and cook on both sides well.
Masala Cheesy Appe are ready to be packed.
