Chiller Remedy

Determined remedy to the problem with the chiller's alarm sounding constantly. The problem was found to be the orientation of the flow switch at the top back of the chiller cabinet. The flow switch has a magnetic switch. The switch was being affected by the steel case and causing the switch to not actuate properly. This was verified by placing a piece of metal in close proximity to the switch. Any piece of metal in close proximity to the backside of the switch will prevent the switch from actuating properly. The resolution to the problem is to rotate the flow switch so the sensing side is not near the steel case/cover. After rotating the flow switch, the chiller performs properly.
