Fried chicken recipe
Season chicken
5 pieces of whole chicken breast
Black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon chilli powder

Wet Rub
2 cups All purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
2 and 1/2 cups water
Baking powder
2 Eggs
Salt
2 Tablespoons ground pepper
2 tablespoons All purpose seasoning (smoked paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, ginger powder, garlic powder )


Dry Rub
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup corn flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chilli powder

Vegetable oil enough to deep fry
1 bay leaf
