Perfumery + the Black Experience: Bint el Sudan

Описание к видео Perfumery + the Black Experience: Bint el Sudan

A quick one today, part of a series exploring the contributions of Black + Brown people to the art of perfumery. Today, my first experience with Bint Ed Sudan, which is often called “the Chanel #5 of Africa” due to its popularity with African people all over the diaspora (and many others). Why isn’t it listed in the Fragrantica database? Why so little info online? Boko Haram’s dismatling of Nigerian industry, where it is made, hasn’t helped.
