To convince the dance-averse Huckleberry to attend the big masquerade ball at the dog park, Blueberry promises she’ll stay by his side the whole evening and make sure he doesn’t have to dance. But as the day of the ball dawns, Blueberry awakens with a bad cold. She doesn’t know how to tell Huck that she can’t go to the ball. Lemon and Raspberry misinterpret her sniffles, thinking she’s so heartbroken to be disappointing Huck that she’s crying! Unaware that Strawberry has promised Blueberry she’ll take care of Huck at the ball, and feeling sorry for their friend, Lemon and Raspberry independently decide to dress up like Blueberry and fill in for her—neither knowing that the other is also doing so!
