Hello my Creatives!
Today I am here to share an art journal page with you. This continues on the last pages that you have seen from me. When I made this page, I totally broke down. My mental health was really bad and I with all that I decided to go back to therapy. It will start soon. Yay! Making this page really helped me to work trough some feelings and relief some tension. For me making art takes of the edge and gives me time and space to think. I want to share this page with you to show that art is more than just pretty. It is you. It is your feelings. It is good and it is bad. Art is a big part in my life and it will always be a big part.
