Build Description:
I made this as a throwback to Division 1 and wanted to use the Lexington (LVOA-C), Lightweight M4, Strikers, and Ninjabike. Those were some of the most popular items in Division 1. I pretty much took my Umbra build and just swapped the Umbra pieces for Striker since I liked the handling and mag size from that setup. So like that setup, this is a mix of weapon handling, mag size, crit damage, and the Striker damage.
Ninjabike with 3pc Striker to activate the 4pc Striker bonus. 1pc Virtuoso and 1pc Eagle's Grasp gives me both a good chunk of weapon handling and mag size. Rest of the attributes are crit chance, crit damage, and 1 additional weapon handling roll. This can be Crit Damage as there's already plenty of handling.
I'm using the Striker chest because I didn't have a Z.o.o. chest piece at the time. A Z.o.o. chest with Obliterate will provide more value. It will have a lower top end damage then the Striker Chest, but it will reach it's top end faster and more often than the Striker Chest. (Although, I'm not sure the Time-to-Kill with Obliterate vs Striker chest is that different. I did go through a mission with both setups and finished it in pretty much the same time).
For the Lexington, I went with Measured. I'm a sucker for Measured when paired with other rate of fire bonuses like from Striker and Umbra. It makes if feel better, in my opinion, than stock Measured where I think it feels terrible. I like the Mag size bonuses for Measured, it allows me to be in the first half longer which is the half that like more. Most enemies die within the first half so I'm usually only utilizing the fire rate and helping stack quicker. I also like the larger mag for Measured. Measured usually feels like a smaller mag because the of the lower damage of the first half and quicker fire rate. I also tend to reload more often with Measured, so the quicker reload with Weapon Handling makes that feel better. Many don't like Measured, so if you don't, just use your favorite talent. If you don't have a Lexington, P416 feels very close as well as the Police M4 and Carbine 7.
Lightweight M4 is my secondary and I just really enjoy Boomerang. Utility psuedo mag size bonus and occasional extra damage. If you don't like Boomerang, just use whatever talent you like. I also typically like the LWM4 over other rifles because it has one of the quickest reloads.
Gunner for the armor on kill, because I don't have any other sources of heal and for the extra 5% fire rate on kill. Riot Foam is a staple Crowd Control skill for me. You can see how easy Rogues are to manage with Riot Foam. Ninjabike's extra skill tier also gives me an extra charge. Bulwark shield is something I just like, but more popular options like Crusader Shield or Revive Hive can be used instead. I also do like Demolisher Firefly as well to neutralize weakpoints from tankier enemies.
I made this just for fun, but I actually liked how it felt. It felt better then it looked. Striker Chest not providing as consistent value vs Obliterate, leaning into weapon handling and mag size with no immediate damage bonuses, very low Crit Damage, and relying solely on Striker stack for damage, I thought it would be more of a meme. But the larger mag size, the super stable and accurate handling, along with the really quick reload (I think Lexington is at around 1.3 seconds and LWM4 is quicker then that) made it feel pretty good to me.
For something closer to Classified Striker, just go with the popular setup of 4pc Striker, Memento, and either Ceska or Belstone with Obliterate and utilize the Lexington and LWM4. That way you get the regen and damage like Classified Striker. I do recommend having that or the Coyote setup before this. But if your bored of the Meta Striker, this is a fun variation with a focus on Mag Size and Handling.
