Testing the Limits: How Long Can the Dometic CFX3 35 Run on the EcoFlow River Max?

Описание к видео Testing the Limits: How Long Can the Dometic CFX3 35 Run on the EcoFlow River Max?

I wanted to upgrade my old thermoelectric fridge and at the same time solve power delivery and capacity issues while camping. The best combo that I found was a Dometic refrigerator and an EcoFlow River power station, which proved to be a great combination. A fridge with a compressor is much more efficient than thermoelectric boxes. However, the only disadvantages of these refrigerators are their price, weight, and size.

Also direct connect to the car battery is option for shorter time. Consumption is really great. I tried this CFX3 for all night on car battery (about 12 hours), then I drove about 20km (30 minutes) and I left it connected next 9 hours. No problem with start (I have 105Ah battery in Volvo XC70).

Now with the Eco Flow River Max (576Wh) we have power for cold beers for 2-3 days without charging. Maybe I will try sometimes also foldable solar panel for it but I think it is not necessary with this capacity. Time will show when I start using it also for charging iPhones, iPad, Macbook, etc... Maybe in next video 🙃
