The way I tap in and get this information is I set an intention to hold a sacred space or container to only reach the highest beings of divine truth with love.
The ways I get the information is a series of clairs. I have/use claircognizance (clear knowing), clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear feeling), *in the body*, clairempathy (feeling clear emotions), and clairaudiance (clear hearing).

When pulling Oracle/Tarot cards I will first read the message and then get intuitive messages. While also getting channeled messages flowing in.
