🛒 The Ingredients

The Crust:
🥚 1 Large Egg
🐷 1.5 cups Pork Panko (crushed pork rinds)
🧀 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan

The Filling (Optional/Customizable):
🥩 Ham (what I used)
🥚6+ Eggs
🧀 Cheese
🥣 Heavy Cream (or use bone broth for a dairy-light version)

🥓 Note: You can also use bacon or ground beef here!

🔥 The Steps
1.Prep the Crust: Mix the egg, pork panko, and parmesan together until it forms a dough.
2. Pre-Bake: Press the crust into your dish and air fry at 160C (340F) for 8 minutes.
3. Mix the Filling: Whisk your eggs, heavy cream (or broth), ham, and cheese in a separate bowl.
4. Combine: Pour the filling into your pre-baked crust.
5. Set the Filling: Air fry at 160C (340F) for 12 minutes.
6. Drop the temperature to 140C (285F) and cook for another 15-20 minutes until set.
7. Rest & Serve: Let it sit for a few minutes to firm up so you get that perfect "Game Changer" slice.
