Welcome to 'Art for the Heart': a cozy, pressure-free painting session with calming music and soft conversation. In this week's stream we will be focusing on soothing anxiety.

I invite you to paint along with me BUT you're also very welcome to work on your own project, read, or just sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. No expectations, no skill needed, and no pressure. This is 90 minutes that we spend together to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves through creativity.
