Ingredients.

For the pepper base;
3 tatashe
1 big bell pepper
4 long pepper (bawa)
3 small scotch bonnet(atarodo)
1 medium size onion

For the jollof
Vegetable Oil
Medium sized onion
3 bay leaves
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2tbsp ginger powder
1 1/2 satchet tomato paste
3 seasoning cube
Salt to taste
3 cups of Rice
1 cup of meat stock
1 big fresh tomatoes
3 tbspButter/magarine.
