Ingredients

Milk - 1 Litre
Custard Powder - 3 Tbsp
Maida/all Purpose Flour - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Butter
Dark Chocolate Biscuits
Dark Chocolate Callets - 1 Cup

Method:

1. Take boiled milk, custard powder and maida in a bowl.
2. Mix it all well with a whisk and keep it aside.
3. Heat some milk and and the prepared custard mixture to it. Mix it all well.
4. Add sugar and vanilla essence. Keep whisking it until it thickens a bit.
5. Add unsalted butter to this mixture and mix it again.
6. Once the custard mixture solidifies and becomes a little thick, turn off the stove and keep it aside.
7. For layering the pudding, take the dark chocolate bourbon biscuits and remove the cream inside them.
8. Arrange the dark chocolate biscuits in the bottom of a serving bowl.
9. Put some custard mixture on it and place the biscuits on it again.
10. Place some more custard for the top layer. Keep this aside.
11. Heat a pot with water and place a glass bowl on it.
12. Put the chocolate callets in the glass bowl to melt them with double boiler method.
13. Once the chocolate callets are all melted, add in the unsalted butter, mix and melt it all until the mixture is smooth and nice.
14. Now pour this chocolate mixture over the top of the custard puddings that have been set aside and spread properly.
15. Refrigerate the puddings for 5 hours to let them set.
16. That's it, your chocolatey, custard pudding is ready to be served chilled and nice.
