Many people do lat pulldowns in the gym behind their neck, which is wrong!

Not only does this promote forward head posture, which I discuss in another video here:    • Видео  
But it also causes anterior, or frontal laxity at the shoulder capsule.

Because the frontal part of the shoulder is less able to maintain stability from doing the lat pulldown behind the neck again and again, muscles such as the rotator cuff and long head of the biceps will overwork to maintain stability, leading those muscles to become inflamed and injured.

So remember, if you do the lat pulldown exercise, do it in front of your head, not behind!
