With a mobile frame and two pallet bays, the Cobot palletizer from MOBILE ROBOTS by DAHL Robotics is an easy-to-operate, ready-to-use and fully integrated palletizing solution that allows you to automate unpleasant, burdensome and time-consuming tasks without fencing them off and without having to make significant adjustments to your production layout.

Available in two versions, here with a max. payload of 12.5 kg, the compact kit positioned on a rollable, mobile frame requires comparatively little space and can be used flexibly in your facility wherever it is needed.

The palletizer consists of a control cabinet unit with control panel and a Universal Robots UR-10 eSeries Cobot, which serves two pallet bays. Of particular interest: The mobile Cobot palletizer can be individually expanded with further peripherals and accessories from our portfolio - e.g. with a vision system for position and orientation detection. An intralogistical connection of the pallet bays by product-feeding conveyor belts or to a driverless transport system (AGV / AMR) can also be easily realized.

Last but not least, the certification as Universal Robots+ Application Kit characterizes the palletizer from MOBILE ROBOTS by DAHL Robotics as a particularly safe and simple "Plug & Palletizing" automation. Works efficiently and stops immediately when you touch it!

Mit mobilem Rahmen und zwei Palettenstellplätzen ist die Cobot Palettierung von MOBILE ROBOTS by DAHL Robotics eine einfach in Betrieb zu nehmende, im Handumdrehen einsatzbereite und vollständig integrierte Palettierlösung, durch die Sie unliebsame, belastende und zeitraubende Aufgaben uneingezäunt und ohne nennenswerte Anpassung Ihres Produktionslayouts automatisieren können.

In zwei Varianten, hier mit einer max. Traglast von 12,5 kg benötigt das auf einem rollbaren, mobilen Rahmen positionierte kompakte Kit vergleichsweise wenig Platz und kann in Ihrem Haus immer dort flexibel zum Einsatz kommen, wo es gerade benötigt wird.

Der Palettierer besteht aus einer Schaltschrank-Einheit mit Bedienpult und einem Universal Robots UR-10 eSeries Cobot, der jeweils zwei Palettenstellplätze bedient. Besonders interessant: Der mobile Cobot Palettierer kann mit weiterer Peripherie und Zubehör aus unserem Portfolio individuell erweitert werden - z. B. durch ein Vision System zur Positions- und Lageerkennung. Eine intralogistische Anbindung der Palettenstellplätze durch Produkt zuführende Förderbänder oder an ein fahrerloses Transportsystem ist ebenfalls einfach realisierbar.
