How to be fast at Misano on Assetto Corsa Competizione - Track Guide

Описание к видео How to be fast at Misano on Assetto Corsa Competizione - Track Guide

The Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli is often associated with two-wheel racing rather than four. This is at least the case for me anyway… I had always associated the track with not only some incredible MotoGP and World Superbike action, but also the tragic stories of Marco Simoncelli and Shoya Tomizawa.

Racing this track on ACC (much like Kyalami) was my first experience of the circuit since back in the SBK X days, and I was expecting a tough time learning it. However, once I got to grips with some of the more unique sections, I actually began to fall in love with this place!

Misano is a funny one, almost like a massive game of shouty chess. There are many sections where you have to think a couple of corners ahead, using strange lines and techniques that only begin to make sense when you complete the full sector and the laptimes begin to drop. If you can learn the more intricate parts of this lap, I can guarantee you will have the upper hand on your rivals!

As you get up to speed, feel free to use these lap times as a reference. Be patient with it, it takes time to really get to know this circuit:

Pro – 1:32.60
Pro-Am – 1:35.00
Am – 1:37.00
My time – 1:33.00
