1. Draw a line segment AB = 8.4cm.
2. Construct an angle ∠BAK = 60° at point A.
3. Take point C on AK such that AC = 5.5cm.
4. Join point C to point B. Thus △ABC is required triangle.

Q2 ( ii ) Steps of construction :
1. Draw a line segment AB = 7.5cm.
2. Construct an angle ∠BAK = 45° at point A.
3. Take point C on AK such that AC = 4.2cm.
4. Join point C to point B. Thus △ABC is required triangle.

Q2 ( iii ) Steps of construction :
1. Draw a line segment AB = 6.8cm.
2. Construct an angle ∠BAK = 30° at point A.
3. Take point C on AK such that AC = 4.6cm.
4. Join point C to point B. Thus △ABC is required triangle.
