After a few days of living in the Virginia mountains, we decided it was time to visit some of their famous old towns. The state has the phrase “Virginia is for [history] lovers” sprinkled everywhere, and as we drove into Harper’s Ferry, Great Falls Park, and Alexandria, we were able to see the phrase come to life. Virginia is not only the perfect spot for checking up on your history facts, but a place where love is seen in the people. We have one final stop in Virginia before heading to the country capitol, and then we’re off to Maryland!
