Yinson Production: FPSO Helang Project Highlights 2019 (Interview version)

Yinson's FPSO Helang achieved timely delivery of first oil production 19 months after signing the contract for delivery of the FPSO facility with client JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Limited (“JX Nippon”).

This achievement would not have been possible without the commitment shown by Yinson's project team and the unwavering support from client JX Nippon and PETRONAS.

FPSO Helang is operating in Block SK10, offshore Miri, Sarawak in Malaysia, and is the Group’s maiden entry into the Malaysian offshore oil and gas market. Her deployment marks Yinson’s entry into the Malaysian market, where Group was founded and is currently headquartered.
