UNIDROIT Principles 2016 - Introduction Commentary

The UNIDROIT Principles 2016 as the answer of the legal community to globalisation. Introduction why (i) I am using the UNIDROIT Principles in private practice in many industries since 2001, and (ii) why I took two years of my life to write an article-by-article commentary of the UNIDROIT Principles.
