This video will show the baseline voltage tests for the fan motors on a GE control board in good working order. The part number for this board is WR55X10942 or WR55X10942, but most GE side by side refrigerators will use this identical test procedure for the fan motors by way of the J2 connector.

Common Symptoms for failed fan motors include:
Fridge or Freezer too warm
Pulsing fan speed
Fans not running
Loud noise from the fan motor
Refrigerator not running due to failed control board
