African Cape Buffalo with a Kodabow Crossbow

Описание к видео African Cape Buffalo with a Kodabow Crossbow

Not all Cape Buffalo hunts end this well! Follow along with Jim to Day #4 at Blinkwater as he makes the perfect shot on a monster Cape Buffalo at 20 yards. The PH is at the ready position. Jim gets on target and lets the arrow fly. Having hunted this area in South Africa, we know the Limpopo area offers excitement at every turn in the road. Blinkwater is 25,000 + acres and finding a big "Dugga Boy" is not easy. The Kodabow Magnum .338 arrow achieves full pass through and is found 20 yards away buried in the sand. Note the perfect shot placement following the front leg up to 1/3 of the body height allowing for arrow placement through the skinny ribs, top of the heart and lungs resulting in the 2,000 lb + Buffalo crashing and going down 25 yards from the impact point. The right wing bevel 2 bladed broadhead and 986 grain Kodabow arrow coupled with the Kodabow Crossbow measure up extremely well. Actually - AMAZING! The trackers are in disbelief that the quiet Kodabow could deliver such an amazing outcome. (They expect the huge boom from a .416 Rigby or .500 Nitro Express as an absolute requirement for this situation.) Jim once again proves that preparation is the key on this Dangerous Game Hunt.
