Part 1 of our adventure in making an inexpensive DIY straight pipe exhaust for a 987.2 Cayman S from parts purchased on Ebay. In this part we mock up the exhaust, do some cutting, and I take a shot at welding for the first time ever. Finish up with a little test drive with the partially completed exhaust to make the noise.
