Money matters! Devan, a seasoned financial expert and dedicated parent, shared invaluable insights on the importance of financial literacy for young people. His practical approach, combined with real-world experience, provided a roadmap towards financial success. By emphasizing the role of both parents and children in managing money, Devan inspires us to take control of our financial futures. Our guest speaker Mr Devan is the current managing director of KBZ bank and has been with KBZ bank since October 2017. Prior to this, he has held leadership roles too in various banking organizations since 2009 in other banks along with FMCG industries. Within his time as a leader he has established digital initiatives in learning such as KBZ Digital learning academy and a 108 Trainer Programme which enables 15,000 employees to be trained at any moment. Through his leadership he has acted as a catalyst for learning and development and hopes to further foster another generation of leaders.
