Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the screen bezel
2. Use pry tool and alcohol to erode the screen glue
3. Use pry tool to gently pry up on the screen
4. Disconnect screen ribbon
5. Pry the battery from its adhesive, and unscrew the battery connector
6. Unscrew the taptic Engine, and disconnect it
7. disconnect the rest of the connected ribbons
8. Unscrew the motherboard
9. Heat up the edges of the back cover
10. Apply pressure to the motherboard screw anchors
11. Disconnect the motherboard from the back cover
12. Remove the wristband locks
13. Reassemble
14. Enjoy your new series 8 back cover!
