Cutzilla Day 39 - Back

It's day 39 of cutting diet and today IFBB Pro Athlete Sam Sulek is going to train his Back.

He starts his today's workout with Chest supported seated back rowing, performing three heavy sets on that.

Then he head towards the Lat Pulldowns for performing another two heavy sets of that using the Neutral grip.

A single but intense set on the Back pullover machine, followed by another failure set of cable Rowing using the Incline bench will be the last exercise in his back regiment and thus he finishes his today's workout.


Now it's time for some post workout Posing.
