Kirk Haworth is a celebrated chef, winner of the Great British Menu 2024, cofounder of Plates plant based high-end restaurant and food design studio in East London.
His unique style of cooking was born following his diagnosis with Lyme disease in 2016 which dramatically changed the way he now works, cooks, eats and creates.
