Trying to replicate some 1960's pictures of the Severn bridge

Visited former Severn estuary ferry pier at Beachley near Chepstow on a 100km cycle ride.
Tried to replicate some 1966 photos of the ferry pier with the then almost complete Severn Bridge towering overhead.
A very foggy day in January 2022 made quite a contrast.

HM The Queen officially opened the Severn Bridge on Thursday 8th September 1966.
16 days later an unknown American guitarist arrived in England who went by the stage name of Jimmy James at the time.
His real name was James Hendricks.
History knows him better as Jimi Hendrix.
