End of South Florida soaring flight. Took off at 12:13 headed west from Pompano. Shut down at 12:26 over Everglades and spent next 5 hours soaring covering about 95nm around 2 turn points before having to restart at 17:26 for the Everglades crossing to get within gliding distance of home. Low point 1500’ at 16:00 and high 5700’ at 17:11. Landed after 18:30.
