A very wet evening down the river in pursuit of a big river carp. I'd like to say i live by the anecdote of perfect planning prevents poor performance, but that would be a lie. This time however I had planned to go after a big rudd but it was a but it had a lot of variables so I had a back up plan and prebaited the river to try and catch me a river monster!
despite torrential rain I headed out.
