St Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery was built around 1935 and is owned by the Dioceses of Salford.

The cemetery itself holds 15 commonwealth war graves from the Second World War.

Sergeant Edward Ankers died 14th June 1944 aged 28.
Private Edward Shenton died 11th March 1940 aged 55.
Private Ernest Roberts died 27th November 1940.
Sub-lieutenant Gordon Andrew McQuater died 12th May 1945 aged 20.
Signalmen John Kay died 24th January 1945 aged 38.
Private John Brian Byrne died 27th July 1947.
Private Patrick McNally died 19th February 1941.
Warrant Officer Class II Peter Merrick Roberts died 2nd August 1945 aged 47.
Warrant Office Robert Joseph Anderson died 19th August 1944 aged 30.
Private Thomas Cawley died 3rd March 1943 aged 18.
Warrant Officer Vincent Kearney died 28th November 1943.
Chief Stoker Walter Slater died 11th November 1942 aged 46.
Sergeant Wilfred John Cowell died 30th August 1941 aged 27.
Second Lieutenant William Waite died 30th November 1941 aged 35.
