In this video, you will learn how to print FedEx shipping labels, mark orders as fulfilled, and include FedEx tracking numbers in your Shopify order completion emails. Before we begin, please ensure that accurate FedEx-calculated rates are displayed at checkout. If not, click the “i” button in the video to learn how to set up the FedEx rates correctly.

To recap, make sure you have configured the correct “from address,” selected the right packaging method, and entered the weights for each product. If shipping internationally, ensure you have added all the necessary information.

Let’s get started. When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, select the order and click the “More Actions” button. Choose “Generate Labels” from the dropdown menu to access the label generation page. Select the appropriate “From Address” and review packaging settings. Add or edit package details if needed. The chosen rate from the customer’s checkout selection will be displayed in the rates section. If necessary, you can choose a different service. Click “Generate” to create the FedEx shipping label for the order. To print the label, click on “Print Documents”. Your FedEx shipping label is now ready.

Once the labels are generated, tracking numbers will automatically update for the respective orders, marking them as fulfilled. Customers will receive an email with the tracking details, streamlining the fulfillment process.
But that’s not all! For bulk label generation, select the desired orders, choose “Auto-Generate Labels” from the “Actions” button, and click “Print documents” to obtain your FedEx shipping labels.
