MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER PvP - SWG Legends | PvP - Restuss - Smuggler | SOEclipse Events

Hey guys, after a busy real life spring and summer time, getting close to the end, and almost a year away from SWTOR, i had the chance to spend more time in front of my computer and was missing the atmosphere of the Star Wars universe.

So first i decided to play some SWTOR after a loooong break, which really gave me the feeling of SW universe, with the music, cutscenes, magic places, pleasing graphics, but left me disappointed cuz the game generally is in really bad condition, gameplay and the combat system is just very boring, scripted, sterile, easy, way too simplified and there is just nothing to do, everyhign is cartel shit, space barbie, there is no rewards to get by playing the game and being skilled, every character is just a clone. I even wrote a small forum post about my returning experience.

I am not gonna say i wont play SWTOR, but wont come back as my full time game for now, i want to record some of the main stories while the servers are alive and i have the chance to do so, but gameplay wise the game is just dumb "sith", there are no mountains to climb... and the community made it a 4 button dps farmer fest where nothing else matters. I really miss the old SWTOR, with the old community(1.0, 2.0 era), but today's SWTOR has nothing to do with it, sadly this is not the game anymore i once loved.


BUT!!! There is another one!!! SWG Legends!
Even when i dont play SWG Legends, i follow them and try to keep myself informed what is going on in their amazing sandbox galaxy! I saw there will be a huge event there, celebrating Legends server surpassing the lifespan of the Live servers, and thought its the right time to get back! The Legends staff and what they do is breathtaking and SWG is a really special and really complex sandbox game, the community is on another level totally, you can see that in this video, just brutal how many ppl got together on this weekend to do things together, without instances and group finder and all those things, just an open world! They just log in, buff up, fly there, walk there, organize groups, make their own goals and live in a galaxy! Sandbox is true magic, especially in the Star Wars universe.
