Compassion Fatigue sets in when any combination of the demands of our workplace, the stress of our work content or the distance between our personal integrity and duties is stretched beyond our capacity. This presentation will walk through, perceptual maturation, an element of compassion fatigue that is most within our power. As components of this internal work is explored, we will identify areas where we can level up our resilience towards compassion satisfaction.
