Presentation/commercial video on an invention for a ploughing tractor, which improves the function of the lower blade. This enables a steeper release angle and a higher ground clearance. A patent has been applied for the invention.

This invention was born through a need to solve problems faced on the roads: there was not enough ground clearance in the forest roads, and on main roads the snow wasn't discharged where it was supposed to.

"Usually, the problem with the tractor is a narrow release angle, so the ploughed material moves in front of the blade or spreads into the already ploughed lane", says Martti Tiainen, entrepreneur and the inventor of the equipment. He has over 10 years of experience in ploughing roads.  In practice, this blade has proved to be working even better than expected and only minor changes have been necessary. There are several blades in use and the drivers have been very pleased with the function of the blade. Naturally, the outcome is a lot better - no more snowballs left on the road (during thaw). Furthermore, the fuel consumption has been significantly low. The road users have also given public praise about well-cared roads. According to the patent engineer, this blade is new and innovative.
