Co-operative real-time game that stresses collaboration and communication. This is a must-have game for people that love real-time games. If you aren’t a fan of real-time games, this might not be for you though spectating is always hilarious.
Trigger warning: If you work in healthcare, you might feel like you have to skip your lunch break to save lives. You also might need to wait until the “end of your shift” for a potty break.
I never thought that i would like real-time games, but my daughters like playing the game so I joined in the fracas. The game surprised me at how much fun it is to be immersed in controlled chaos. The theme works perfectly. I recommend giving the game a try at least once despite your preferences. Fun-factor is there!
Repeat play is decent for occasional plays. If you played it every game night, it might get stale even with the varying levels of difficulty and additional play modes.
The game is a medium level game to learn as my daughters don’t have the patience to learn a heavy game. However it was much more than a 1 minute explanation on the rules.
This game hits the table periodically but not as often as we would like due to the fairly lengthy setup.
The game comes as stuff-in-bags-in-a-box with no real insert. If there was a better insert with reduced setup and teardown time, this game might hit the table more. This is one game that I will make an insert for in the future.
For 3d printable components, there is an insert with custom gurneys. I have only seen pictures but it supports sleeved cards.
