Step by Step Recipe for Menudo 4K Video

Here is a step-by-step process for preparing this delicious dish at home.


Ingredients:
6 Lbs Uncooked Hominy or one 110oz can of canned hominy
NOTE: If using canned hominy, add it 30 minutes before the menudo is done.
10-12 Quarts of Water
Salt as needed
Beef bouillon needed

6 Lbs Tripe or Stomach
3 Lbs Cut Beef Feet
2 Limes (more for garnishing)
1/2 Cup Vinegar

Sauce Ingredients
20 Chile Guajillo
10 Chiles de Arbol
2-3 Tbsp Oregano (more for garnishing)
1 Tsp Cumin
6-8 Garlic Cloves and the garlic from the pot
Onion from the pot
6-8 Peppercorns
2-3 Tbsp to lightly fry the peppers
2-3 Cups of water

Garnish Suggestions
Onion, Cilantro, Oregano, Crushed Chile de Arbol, Lime or Lemon Juice
