SPINACH CORN N CHEESE SANDWICH

SPINACH CORN CHEESE SANDWICH
Ingredients:
For Sandwich Filling:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
1/4 cup spinach (palak), finely chopped
4-5 tbsp grated paneer
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1 cube grated processed cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chili flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste

For assembling the Sandwich:
Bread slices (brown or white)
Prepared spinach corn filling
Grated cheese
Butter for toasting
