The Mechanical Fuel Pump on my Cub Cadet Magnum 18 broke and I replaced it with a simple electric fuel pump. This is a super easy conversion and saves a lot of hassle. If have symptoms of a failing fuel pump, you can always try to bypass with an electric fuel pump since the job is only about 15 minutes.
