If you are on Ganymean you can get this special mission direct from Daigo Hidari where you have to do a Test Flight of a new ship.
You have to fly to Venus and back to Ganymean for that to get whole 4000$. Sounds easy? Actually it is not, because your ship is not allowed to be hit and there are additional enemies around.
Actually i think, that this type of mission are one of the hardest in this game. If you play in Turn-based battles you need simply luck that you are able to flee, so reloads are the only strategy you need... in Real-Time mode luck is also needed but not everything, because you have to control your ship good enough to dodge all projectiles. Actually to best way to approach the planets is to try to lure the enemies away from it, so that you can avoid them to land. The launches from the planet are somewhat more difficult, because you need luck that the enemies do not spawn right next to you where you would not have even time to react. After the launch, strafe and go to full speed as fast as possible to get away from your pursuers. After that you have enough time to plot your course to the destination.
It is actually a pity, that the Star Cruiser cockpit is used in this one instead of an exclusive one.
Next to the actual mission i also bought a heat shield that is needed on some planet aswell i finally bought the Gravity cannon, which is a very strong primary which make at least Missiles 1 more or less useless, even Missiles 2 is not stronger than this one.
But you can get this weapon for free also, if you are able to get through the barriers on the 4th floor in Clark Foundation HQ on Venus, which i simply forgot to really try back then. With this weapon you should not have even big issues with Energy there, because the battles are done much more quickly.
