Making a Sign with a Router Jig (Simple)

Описание к видео Making a Sign with a Router Jig (Simple)

I was looking for a simple router jig to make a quick sign and to share with you guys who don't have a cnc machine. Well I came across and bought this one from ‪@milescraft‬ . I must say if you are looking to make a simple sign or something like an address, this is the router jig for you. With a simple setup you can be routing out a sign in no time. It comes with everything you need for simple sign making, custom router base, router bits ( which I would upgrade, link below), two bushings ,a holding rail with an extension, two sets of 1 1/2" and two sets of 2 1/2" numbers and letters, one set of vertical numbers and letters and a couple of clamps.
So once the sign was routed out I filled the letters with ‪@TotalBoat‬ epoxy (link below) and man did it turn out real nice. I also finished it with ‪@TotalBoat‬ Lust finish(link below). Let me tell that stuff is awesome!! Easy to apply, it dries in an hour for the next coat and no sanding between coats. It dries to a beautiful finish. I highly recommend it!!
Give a go and thanks for watching.....
