Middleman has told Ntate Mashale that there were other 18 individuals total of 19 including himself that were groomed and nurtured by top leaders of South Africa to kill communities and to do all sorts of crimes. They operated under Mr Tony Du Plessis in a plass in Tafelkop in the district of Theunissen. The top leaders comes from different dipartments of government i.e. SAPS,SANDF,NPA,Correctional Services and Politicians.

Middleman pointed out the fact that he was never arrested nor has a case being opened for him for the dumping of the corpse of Daniel Shezi in the river in Tafelkop. Dumping of a corpse is a schedule 6 crime however he has never seen a day in court for this crime due to the fact that high ranking officials are protecting him because he is conducting serious crimes for them. Leaders shuch as:

1. Ntate Sebapala Ezekiel Sehlaha
2. Colonel Anton Naude
3. Mr Pier Schoeman

Middleman has shown that other people were thrown into the lion's den. It is important for families tha have been looking for their loved ones to find closure. Mr Wynard Daniel Botha is the own of the farm that has lions that eat people. Mr Botha paid middleman R 10 000 to keep him quite.

Middleman has also show that there is a Nigerian citizen called Craig who owns a drug manufacturing plant called Maluti plat. It is importnt that the police go and search and confiscate the drugs in that plant and take Craig to jail.
