SealerOn Mini Change Over.
Having recorded the settings of a Jar, the SealerOn Mini is adjusted from a tall cylindrical bottle to a short and Wide Jar.

Items recorded from the Induction Sealing Process.
a)Power Setting
b) Conveyor Speed
C) Sealing Head Height from the product Conveyor

Note is made on the poor choice of backing Foam provided for this Jar.
The foam is glues into the cap and has a low melt/softening point.
This limits the induction sealing setting to a quite low one.
When sealed at a more suitable level of induction sealing this Lid will Bind because the foil will be bonded to the lip of the Jar, The Foam Liner will be Bonded to the Induction Foil, The Cap will be Glued to the Foam Liner; Net Result; the bond between the Foam Liner and the Induction Foil needs to be broken before this sealed cap/production can be opened.

A error was mad in the set-up of this Job, the outlet guide rails were not adjusted prior to running the Tub.
There was a "Nice Save" to this situation as it was recognized in time. You do not want a product to be stalled under the sealing head while the induction sealing head is on as the foil will continue to heat until it burns and/or melts the cap/jar.
