But in the late 80s and into the early 90s there was a slew of underfunded and slow back marker teams- Most of them Italian. And some of them had a completely non-history while some of them ended up being involved in scandal and police investigation.

So who were the Coloni team, and why do they have a special connection to the first ever episode of this series?
