This video is a step by step guide to removing the Quest handles. This video is done on the Monobloc kitchen mixer however the steps are the same for all taps in the quest basin and bath taps. All handles pull off there is no screws holding the handles on.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges/valves.
Original cartridge may be known by VS02-C20 PAIR chrome and stamped with the code BS4512 CD XZ 20.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side,
If you require both then you can select "Pair".


The Quest tap handles are held on by a white plastic nylon spline adaptor. The handles pull off.
