Correction:
4:23 going from 20 to 23 is 1/2 the file size, but i said it doubles. going from 23 to 20 is approximately doubling the file size. Remember, going up to 51 CQP is the lowest quality & lowest file size, and going down to 0 the highest quality & highest file size
